Holiday Weekends: Most holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay. Guest must request discounts at the time of booking. Discounts are not combinable. No discounts will be available after initial booking as they are capacity controlled.

Deposits: One night or 25% of total, whichever is greater. Final payment at 30 days prior to arrival. Payment Types: Visa, MasterCard. Personal checks must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations: Office hours are 9am-5pm weekdays and 9am-8pm Friday & Saturday. Please state the exact dates of arrival and departure. There will be no refunds due to weather, change of plans, or early departures. Twinbrook Resort relies primarily on advance reservations for its customer base. Though we understand vacation plans can change, confirmed reservations require us to hold that cabin off the market and cancellations cannot readily be filled with short notice. Therefore, the following cancellation fees apply: Cancellations: Payments are non refundable from day of booking. Reservations CAN be changed up to 31 days prior to arrival with conditions. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in 3pm, Check-out is 11am Guests arriving after office hours should make arrangements with the Twinbrook office concerning late check-in procedures.
