Deposits:
One night or 25% of total, whichever is greater. Final payment at 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Types:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Personal checks must be recieved 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations:
When making reservations, please state the exact dates of arrival and departure. There will be no refunds due to weather, change of plans, or early departures.
Twinbrooks Resort relies primarily on advance reservations for its customer base. Though we understand vacation plans can change, confirmed reservations require us to hold that cabin off the market and cancellations cannot readily be filled with short notice. Therefore, the following cancellation fees apply:
Day of reservation to 15 days prior to arrival = $25 cancellation fee per cabin is charged.
14 days prior to arrival to same day = No refunds.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Office hours are 9am-5pm weekdays and 9am 8pm Friday & Saturday. Check-in is 3pm, Check-out is 11am. Guests arriving after office hours should make arrangements with the Twinbrook office concerning late check-in procedures.
Guests are required to clean dishes, remove trash and leave cabins tidy. Guests are financially responsible for damages and additional cleaning. |
